Ours is a simple and colorful kitchen, the basics are vegetables from the garden, mountain cheeses, aromatic herbs, bread baked in a wood oven, pasta and homemade cakes. The dishes are those of the tradition of the Cuneo mountains and the hills of the Langhe and Roero with a priority for recipes based on vegetables and legumes. During the week, some dinners include a fully vegetarian menu and this is part of our choice to promote healthy and conscious cuisine

The wine list is varied, the result of a careful and passionate choice; Piedmontese producers prevail with proposals also from other Italian regions.

The Restaurant offers the traditional meal only during the dinner service; during the day from 12.30 to 18.00 possibility of snacks and snacks sinoire. Reservations are always recommended. Closing days: Wednesday and Thursday

Nella locanda c’è un piccolo negozio di generi artigianali e alimentari, formaggi del territorio, pane, verdure fresche e prodotti tipici. Nei giorni di chiusura del ristorante, gli ospiti della locanda possono usufruire del negozio anche per l’acquisto di piatti da asporto.
