Our cuisine is simple and colorful, the basis of the dishes come from the vegetables, butter, mountain cheese, herbs, bread baked in wood-burning oven, pasta and homemade desserts. The dishes are traditional Cuneo mountains cusine and from the hills of the Langhe and Roero. Our preference is for recipes based on vegetables and legumes.

The wine list is essential, but carefully chosen: mostly Piedmont wines with proposals coming from other Italian regions.

Typical Dishes:
pan of baked vegetables with fresh basil and olives
pepper rolls with anchovies
salad of lentils and spelt
“maltagliati” buckwheat pasta with beets and mountain toma cheese
blueberry and raspberry tart

The restaurant offers a traditional meal service only during dinner and during the day between 12.30 and 18.00. Snacks are available during the day. Always ecommended
